Shipping policy
Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@spitseyewear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Spits Eyewear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
