Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spits Eyewear purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or special-order products

How to Start a Return Email us at sales@spitseyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at sales@spitseyewear.com and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have concerns, contact us at sales@spitseyewear.com.
