Are C2 bifocal glasses actually rated for shooting?+
Yes. Every C2 lens is ANSI Z87.1+ impact rated — the same high-mass, high-velocity standard as dedicated shooting eye pro. The magnifier is bonded into a genuine safety lens, so you're never trading protection for the ability to read up close.
What's the difference between the top and bottom bifocal?+
Top-set (TopMAG™) puts the magnifier up high — ideal when your head is down on the stock, so your front sight stays sharp while you glance up to read. Bottom-set puts it low, the classic reader position for the bench, reloading, and detail work. Pick by how you shoot, or grab the Top & Bottom kit and switch.
How do I choose my magnification strength?+
C2 comes in a range of magnification powers, chosen just like reading glasses — by the near distance you need to focus. If you already wear readers, match that strength. Not sure? Start close to your reader power; you can always add replacement lenses in a different strength later.
Can I replace just the lenses or the frame?+
Yes — that's the point of the system. Bifocal lenses, non-bifocal lenses, complete replacement frames, and rubber nose pieces are all sold separately, so a scratched lens or a cracked frame doesn't retire the whole pair.
Are the kit lenses interchangeable?+
They are. The Top and Bottom kits ship with 3 interchangeable lenses, and the Top & Bottom kit with 6 — clear for the range, tinted for bright sun, contrast lenses for low light — across all 7 frame colors. One frame, every condition.
Do these come in my prescription?+
C2 uses a bonded magnifier — like a bifocal reader, not a custom-ground prescription. Instead of an Rx, you choose your magnification strength. For most shooters who just need to read a dope card, rangefinder, or load data up close, that's exactly what does the job.
