Aurora Bookkeeping — End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the "Aurora Bookkeeping" application (the "App"), a QuickBooks Online integration built for internal use by Spits Eyewear to read and categorize accounting transactions.
Scope of use
This App is developed and used exclusively by Spits Eyewear for its own internal bookkeeping operations. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other business or individual.
Data access
The App connects to a single authorized QuickBooks Online company file via the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, using OAuth 2.0 authorization granted directly by the company owner. The App may read and update transaction categorization data (accounts, classes, and related bookkeeping records) within that company file only.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Spits Eyewear is solely responsible for reviewing and approving any changes made to its QuickBooks data.
