What is the difference between top bifocal and bottom bifocal?

A bottom bifocal places the magnified zone at the bottom of the lens — ideal for reading at a desk or workbench. A top bifocal places the magnified zone at the top, which is what we recommend for hunters and shooters. When you raise a rifle or shotgun, your eyes naturally look upward through the lens, putting your line of sight directly through the top magnifier. This keeps your eye perfectly aligned with your sights without tilting your head.

Are the C2 glasses OSHA and ANSI compliant?

Yes. The C2 Series is ANSI Z87.1+ certified and OSHA compliant, meeting or exceeding current impact protection standards for workplace and sporting use. They are approved for use on job sites and at the range.

What magnification strengths are available?

The C2 is available in 10 magnification strengths: +1.00, +1.25, +1.50, +1.75, +2.00, +2.25, +2.50, +3.00, +3.50, and +4.00. If you are unsure of your strength, we recommend starting with the magnification you use for reading glasses.

Can I get the C2 with interchangeable lenses?

Yes! The C2 Kit includes 3 interchangeable lenses — clear, smoke, and yellow — so you can switch based on lighting conditions. Clear is ideal for indoor or low light, smoke for bright outdoor sun, and yellow for overcast or dawn/dusk shooting.

How are bifocal safety glasses different from regular reading glasses?

Regular reading glasses are not impact rated and offer no eye protection. The C2 combines safety glasses with readers built in — giving you ANSI Z87.1+ certified impact protection alongside your magnification. You get both in one pair.

What frame colors does the C2 come in?
